This notice covers the PaymentChaos early-access waitlist. The website uses no analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling.

Website hosting
AWS Amplify hosts this website. AWS processes request information such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Hosting access logs may contain these details; they are separate from the Loops mailing list and are not used by PaymentChaos for advertising or behavioral profiling.
What is stored and why
If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit, together with the details the email service records for any subscriber: when and through which form you signed up, and whether you have confirmed or unsubscribed. We use this only to send early-access invitations and updates about PaymentChaos. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Who stores the email
We use Loops as the email service that receives and stores your address and sends these messages. The form sends your email directly from your browser to Loops, which processes it on our behalf under itsprivacy policy.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link that opens a Loops preference page, where you can stop future messages at any time. To have your record deleted entirely, reply to any waitlist email and ask us to delete it. We will remove your contact from Loops and confirm by email.
No analytics or trackers
This site does not load analytics, advertising scripts, social pixels, hosted fonts, or other trackers. Open and link tracking are turned off for our waitlist emails, so they keep the same promise.
